Juniper Sculpture Park is pleased to present a show featuring works by artist Anne Carnein. The public is invited to attend the pop-up reception in Juniper Sculpture Park’s aRt bArN on June 11, 2022 from 5-8 p.m. Light refreshments will be provided.
The ArT BaRn is located within Juniper Sculpture Park at 75 Fjord Dr, in Plattsburgh, NY. Juniper Sculpture Park is located a 40 acre woodland preserve with posted walking trails and contemporary sculpture open 9 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily.
"In her works, German sculptor Anne Carnein deals with plants and fungi. She analyses their growth forms, colours and biological characteristics and then translates her observations into sculptures. She sews them by hand from different textiles, some of them worn, using and combining the different colours of the fabrics in an almost painterly way." - Kunstmuseum Heidenheim, Germany, 2021.
